Update on 9/5/2024The seller was able to fix the issue.Looks good!------------------------------------------------------------------------------At first glance, I was impressed with the color of this wood clothes rack—it looks great! However, the experience quickly went downhill from there. We spent a long time just cleaning up the packaging materials, as there was foam everywhere.The assembly seemed easy at first but ended up taking us much longer than expected. The instructions were very unclear, which made the process frustrating. Although the design is simple, figuring out how to put it together was a challenge. You definitely need two people to assemble it; there's no way to do it alone.The worst part was realizing that after two hours of sweating and struggling to assemble it, the rack was still unstable. The four corners never seemed to sit stable on the ground, which was incredibly frustrating. Even more concerning, the rack is top-heavy. I’m worried that once clothes are hung on it, it will become even more unstable. This is a serious concern, especially with a child around, as I fear it could tip over and cause injury.Unfortunately, I’m past the return period, so I’ve had to place it in the basement where it’s out of the way. I would not recommend this product to anyone who values stability and ease of assembly.
