Let's get one big thing out of the way though: these are NOT duty-grade. With that out of the way, the YEVHEV G3 set is pretty great otherwise. If you're looking for a cost-effective combat set and you're not looking for professional/duty-grade, then just get this. If you want more details, then keep reading.The set is from China and made in China. The materials used are a 50/50 nylon/cotton blend, but no mention if it's ripstop or not. The material does feel thinner compared to my Crye 50/50 NYCO ripstop though. This probably contributes to how free-moving this set is and how breathable it is out of the box. The black multicam pattern looks great.Shirt. Big ol' pockets. Has forearm pockets to insert the included neoprene foam pads that cover the elbow and half the forearm. Two gripes: the neck cover is a little long and has to compress if I zip it all the way up. This causes a little tightness around my neck, but nothing too bad. I got the small though and I'm 5' 7". If I don't zip it up, it goes high enough to cover half of my face up to the bottom of my ear. The body portion is also made of the same cotton/nylon material I believe, or maybe full cotton, but this is my biggest gripe. It's definitely thick, heavy, and can get hot. It works great as a standalone shirt, but it gets pretty hot if you're putting on a plate carrier and extra gear.Pants. Awesome. Tons of room for adjustment. If you're in between sizes, I recommend ordering the larger size. There are velcro pull tabs to shrink at the waist, knees, and ankles. The knee pads can be difficult to get in, but once you do, they fit in really snug.What I did like about this is the look and tactical feel of wearing it and knowing it will protect you from paintballs and doing sports that require some agile movements. I got a medium and I normally wear a 32-34in pants and even those these are elastic to a point, they feel a little tight so it fits people that are more fit and not people that are a big on the heavier wider waist side. I just wish that it gave more elastic or stretch around the waist area. The knee pads are also a bit hard to place inside the velcro and it doesn't have good instructions on how to install them. The pictures shows it is on the outside but I had slipped mine in the inside where the velcro wraps around the pads. Also the pads I think is a little high and for me, it is right above the knee and wished it can be placed lower so the pants only is fit for a certain height on the person. The shirt is great and fits but snugs around certain areas depending on your weight. So ideally this is for someone that is a small-medium build around 5'7 in height and has shorter legs since the kneepads to do be on the knees.Just add a pair of your favorite boots, and you're ready to get out there and tear it up!I really scoured this company's page to figure out what size I needed to order, and to my dismay their sizing chart seemed completely arbitrary. But I tried to focus on what I thought were the more crucial measurements, and went with an XL. I'm 6'1" and roughly 175lbs, and I'm glad that was the size I settled on.There's a ton of pockets for all your accessory carrying needs. It comes with knee and elbow soft pads for getting down in the dirt and crawling around, and the elastic-accordion areas allow for quick movements and a wide range of motion. The Velcro feels of high quality and the stitching looks to be fairly solid. There are Velcro cinches down the arms and legs to give you a form fit, and it held well for what I was doing. They have extra Velcro for the addition of patches, or accessories on the shoulders as well.The best part about getting this outfit for me is that it made my brother jealous, but I mostly wear this to go out to the desert and do some shooting. I didn't get overheated, and the shirt felt like it was able to "breath". If any issues arise in the future, or the stitching starts to come unraveled I'll come back and edit my post.I like the pants a lot they’re a great fit.The top has some comfy material that form fits to your chest and midsection yet the sleeves are very wide as if you could wear it over something yet you can’t because of the tight fitting torso section. All in all I like it.
