Well, the skirt took almost a month to get here. Then I looked at the price and saw I had paid 10.00 for shipping, a fact I had forgotten. That made it come to about 40. bucks. For this price I think it should have had a LOT more fabric to it. I can see that there are MANY tiny seams and it's not an easy design to cut and sew ...and I thought I was getting the kind you could "hitch" up but I didn't receive that model. I chose the model without the lace. It matches the description in that it is asymmetrical and on me it's very long. I'm 5'2". It's EXTREMELY lightweight which is fine as I live in Hawaii...but for the mainland it's kind of a heat-wave summer only skirt. Very breezy and feels good on. I ordered according to the sizing chart and it does fit but as I said, I do not think of myself as being a plus size. If shipping were included I would feel it was priced right. As a senior on fixed income, 40. is a lot for what it is. Still keeping it though as I need it.KRISP Women Long Bohemian Gypsy Skirts (white 7844). I was really pleasantly surprised with this skirt! I ordered size 12 and the skirt shows it is xx-large, size 16. Trust me this skirt is closer to a size medium or large. It fits perfectly, so I am not complaining. I am 5'5 and wear size 12-14 typically. I did notice a gas-like smell to the skirt and belt. However, once I took the belt off the skirt, the smell died down on the skirt but not the belt. Other reviews noted the cheapness of the belt, but I actually sort of like it if it were not for the smell. The belt is very soft, almost rubbery in texture. I am considering buying a new belt that is similar in style but higher quality without the gas smell! Anyway, the skirt is awesome. I will be taking it on my Caribbean cruise and plan to wear it with a white top for the white attire party and probably a second time with a turquoise top. In my pictures, I did not have on white undergarments, so you can see in it a little see-through, but not like some white skirts are. Bottom line, for $12.99, I feel like I lucked out with this skirt. I am planning to only hand wash the skirt, because the fabric looks delicate. The fabric is thick and flowing and very nice! The red is a deep rich berry color. It's the kind of skirt you want to walk around in without shoes cause it's so comfortable and relaxing to wear.A weird thing or two, though - First, despite the wide-looking waistband (the main reason I bought the skirt), there is a skinny piece of elastic at the top of the skirt (in other words, this is not a wide, elasticized piece of compression fabric - it's more a stretchy fabric that relies on the thin elastic band inside to keep it up. And the elastic band rolls around in there and can get twisted up, which is odd and doesn't feel very comfortable. I'd have given the skirt 5 stars without the stupid piece of elastic. Also, the cheap synthetic belt is really odd, because the loops are all the way up to the top of the skirt, which is not where you want the belt to fall on such a wide waist band. I'm donating the cruddy little belt to Goodwill and sticking with the lovely skirt. I'm pondering finding out what happens if I cut out the elastic band.I am 5'5 130 lbs. Fit is great and so is the length. Hits on calves, so you can still see boots or sandals. Fall of the skirt is nice from the hips down. These are nice skirts and very comfortable lightweight fabric and you are not weighed down by the skirt. The belts are super flimsy and the glue comes undone and the plastic tears if you try to tie it with even a little pressure. I got to wear the belt one time and it tore. The layers also separated on the first wear. I glued the belt layers back together, but that makes the plastic too hard. KRISP needs to upgrade the belt that's sold with the skirt. I don't see this fabric surviving the washing machine so I plan to wear 40-50 times until it looks dirty. I am at 20 wears now and it does not look dirty yet. I get many compliments on it.I am 112 lb 5.3 and size 4 fits me perfectly. The skirt is of a very light, breathable material, that will be perfect to wear during the summer hottest days. It is NOT a see through. It has two layers. The upper part is of a stretchy t-shirt like fabric that hugs waist nicely, so it is safe to assume that size 4 will feet US size 4-6 easily. The belt is I am not impressed of but it can be worn with a different belt or without one. The skirts itself is made very nicely, no loose threads, nice stitches. It is definitely a quality peace. It fits me exactly as in the picture, I expect it to be my to go skirt for this summer. Will be perfect to take for a beach vacation or wear casually every day. It had already been washed and dried- didn't bleed or shrink. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.This skirt is so light and comfortable. I got it in white, and although the fabric is fairly sheer, the double layer helps a lot. I wear it with a longer shirt and it's fine. I'm 5'6", size 14, and got a size 14 and it fits true to size, comes to the calf. The waist is so soft and stretchy you can wear this higher on the waist or lower on the hips, no problem. So comfortable in the hot weather, and the varying lengths of the hem are flattering and have a pretty flow. Highly recommend this skirt for both extreme comfort and lovely appearance. Can't beat it for the price. I'm already ordering more in other colors.I can't tell you enough how much I like this skirt! I have been purchasing a number of similar items lately as I am trying to add soft and feminine pieces to my wardrobe to ward off the "frumpies" I have been feeling always wearing my jeans. This style is very pretty and unique!As for the fit, it is a great length and the fabric around the waist is perfect - soft and stretchy. It comes with a belt which I have yet to wear with it as I don't tuck in my shirts when wearing this type of item.Non è male, ma è davvero grossolana e pesante.
