I ordered this item twice to try and get the size correct ordered a 3X and I still felt like I was trying to fit in a size medium for juniors, and I wear a womans medium. Pants show heat in front and knees and it didn't heat up in the front and the knees you could not even feel the heat when on high. The shirt shows heat in 5 different areas, I only felt heat on the elbows and barely felt the heat in the middle of my back. Not a good buy for the money you have to pay, better off buying several heating pads. only good thing is the material is good quality, sucks that the sizes are way way off.
